The Spanish authorities have lifted the mandatory indoors mask-wearing. This decision comes into force on April 20 of the current year. However, it is still mandatory in the country to wear masks in medical facilities, pharmacies, nursing homes and public transport.
The government explains its decision by the fact, that the country has significantly reduced the level of hospitalization due to COVID-19, and 85% of the population received two doses of the coronavirus vaccine, announced mir24.
