On April 12-13, the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan took part in a meeting on strengthening cross-border cooperation in Central Asian countries.
This was reported by the Press service of the Turkmen establishment.
The parties reviewed the Action Plan for 2022-2023, as well as discussed the potential of the checkpoints based on the promotion of the concept of establishment border cooperation offices and development of information and communication networks for establishments involved in border protection.
It is noted that the event was organized in accordance with the Program of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime for Central Asian Countries 2022-2025, signed in November 2021.
