The Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation will cover the costs of surgical treatment, as well as medical supplies for children from orphanages and boarding schools in the country. The corresponding decision was made by the President of Turkmenistan, the State News Agency of the country reports.
A fund to help children in need of guardianship was established in March this year. Berdimuhamedov was the first to make a contribution. In August, the head of state ordered to allocate funds for treatment from a charitable foundation for those in need of custody of children.
In addition, at the expense of the fund, ambulances were purchased. Pediatric departments of hospitals in all five velayats received new special equipment.
