In particular, doctors advise citizens to adhere to the principles of a healthy lifestyle, drink more fluids, take foods rich in vitamins and phytoncides, periodically conduct wet cleaning and ventilation of the room, apply oxoline ointment to the nasal mucosa before leaving the house, wear a protective mask and observe a social distance of 2 meters in public places, avoid handshakes and hugs.
