Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, during a working trip to Ashgabat, visited the center of creativity, the construction of which has entered the final stage in the Northern part of the city, the state news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
Focusing on the exterior of the building and its architecture, the head of state pointed out the need for comprehensive improvement of the surrounding areas and the creation of optimal conditions for children's creativity and development of children's abilities in the Center.
During the tour of the Center, the President of Turkmenistan asked about the equipment of halls, especially those designed for various types of creative activities and sports. Noting that, if necessary, these halls could be used for holding cultural events, the head of state pointed out that this facility should fully meet the requirements of today.
Continuing the theme, the Turkmen leader noted that the new Center will have sections where children and adults will be able to practice singing, music, dance, visual arts, and other types of creativity. The clubs that will work on a paid basis will provide all conditions for young people to fully discover and realize their talents.
There will also be a music Studio equipped with the latest equipment. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also stressed that, along with educating the younger generation on the original national cultural traditions, special attention should be paid to their labor education.
Thus, the Center should create the necessary conditions for girls to be able to engage in sewing, embroidery, that is, needlework. At the same time, the halls intended for physical education and sports should be equipped with the most modern sports equipment and equipment, the Turkmen leader noted.
Deputy Prime Minister Shamuhammet Durdylyev asked the President of Turkmenistan for permission to give the new center of creativity the name "Jahan". Agreeing with this proposal, the head of state wished the Center fruitful work.
“The issues of harmonious development of the young generation and getting them a modern education are one of the priorities of the state policy of Turkmenistan”, Berdimuhamedov said, stressing that the center for creativity, which will be called "Jahan", is designed to actively solve the tasks set in this direction.
