A multi-Profile center for creativity and art with 10,000 seats will be built in Ashgabat, the project and layout of which was reviewed by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during a working trip to the city today, the state news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
Touching upon the issue of its equipment, the head of state emphasized the creation of all necessary conditions for organizing various mass events, including international concerts and musical performances.
During the years of independence, it has become a good tradition to hold concerts in Turkmenistan with the participation of famous foreign pop performers and artists. In this context, the head of state instructed to determine the location of a Multidisciplinary center for creativity and art in one of the picturesque corners of the capital and hold an international tender for its construction.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the new Center should provide all opportunities for organizing the final concerts of the competition among talented children "Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri" ("Pearls of independence"), the review of young pop performers "Ýaňlan Diýarym!","Ýylyň parlak ýyldyzy" ("Star of the year"), which are held within the framework of the creative competition "Türkmen Altyn asyry". The head of state also gave specific instructions regarding the creation of a recording and music Studio equipped with modern equipment in the Center.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was also presented with layout schemes and sketches of options for the internal design of underground passages, the construction of which is planned at the intersection of A. Niyazov Avenue and H. A. Yasavi street, as well as projects for a square, a Shopping and entertainment center, administrative facilities and trade.
After reviewing the projects, their architectural and design solutions, the head of state made a number of comments and made appropriate adjustments.
Having ordered to keep the situation on construction sites under constant strict control, the President of Turkmenistan noted that when drawing up projects, local natural features and environmental aspects should be taken into account.
