On the eve, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in France, together with the Turkmen diaspora, organized a creative evening in the small hall of the Paris Theater Studio devoted to the musical culture of Turkmenistan, the website "Turkmenistan: the golden age" reports.
The event was held in the framework of the 2019 program - “Turkmenistan - the motherland of prosperity”.
Representatives of the Turkmen diaspora and residents of Paris took part in the cultural and educational event. The program of the evening was composed of works by prominent representatives of the Turkmen musical culture: Nury Halmamedov, Danatar Ovezov, Sahy Jepbarov.
The thematic focus of the event was underlined by an improvised exhibition that introduced Parisians to the traditions and arts and crafts of the Turkmen people. The exhibition consisted of handmade carpets and carpets, souvenirs, samples of national clothing, decorated with hand embroidery, national musical instruments and jewelry. The guests were also offered the best dishes of Turkmen cuisine.
