On February 2, a celebratory conference, "Ene hüwdüsi iň kämil eser," was held at the Center for Public Organizations in Ashgabat to mark International Women's Day, as reported by "Turkmenistan: Golden Age."

The forum was jointly organized by the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis, the Ministry of Culture, the Secretariat of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO, and the Central Council of the Women's Union of Turkmenistan.

The event featured presentations on the importance of women's work and the development of national handicrafts in the modern era.

As the speakers emphasized, women are held in special esteem in Turkmenistan, their handicrafts and mothers' responsible approach to raising children in accordance with ancestral traditions are highly valued. The role of women's kindness, maternal love, and gentleness in raising young people was also emphasized.

The event continued with song and music performances featuring local artists.
