With ticket sales now underway for the AFC Champions League Round of 16 match between “Arkadag” and “Al-Nasr”, Turkmenportal has prepared step-by-step instructions for fans on purchasing tickets through the Sanly bilet digital platform on the Ashgabat City Hall website.

To begin purchasing, visit www.ashgabat.gov.tm or open the Sanly şäher mobile app and find the online ticket purchase section. The system will prompt you to review the Asian Football Confederation match attendance rules. After reviewing them, click "Continue."

The next step is to register by entering a valid TM-Cell phone number in the format +993. After entering the number, the system will prompt you to send the specified digits to 0748 to protect against bots. A reply SMS will then be sent to the specified number with a six-digit confirmation code, which must be entered in the appropriate field on the website.

After successful verification, an interactive map of the Ashgabat Olympic Stadium will open. Sold seats are shown in gray, available seats are shown in green, and seats selected by the user are shown in red. Fans can click on any available (green) section to reserve it.

After selecting a seat, the system will ask you to enter the following information: phone number (automatically populated from the previous step), email address for ticket receipt, number of tickets, and the purchaser's first, last, and middle names. Next, you must select the document type (passport or birth certificate) and enter its series and number (e.g., I-AS 010203). Ticket prices range from 200 to 400 manat, depending on the selected stadium seat.

On the payment page, select a bank from the list, solve a math problem (e.g., 23 + 10 = 33), and click "Submit." The system will redirect you to the secure Altyn Asyr e-commerce page, where you'll need to enter your bank card information: the 16-digit card number, expiration date (month and year), cardholder name in Latin letters, and the three-digit CVV/CVC2 code from the back of the card. You have a limited time to pay, as indicated by a countdown timer. After clicking the "Pay" button and successfully completing the transaction, the message "Ticket loaded!" with a green check mark will appear on the screen.

Your e-ticket will be automatically saved in your personal account on the platform, sent to the email address you provided, and accessible in the Sanly şäher mobile app. The ticket contains a QR code for stadium access, match information, sector, row, and seat number, registration number, price, payment method, and purchase date.

Upon entering the stadium, tickets are checked by scanning a QR code and a mandatory identity document check is required. This document must match the information provided when purchasing the ticket. According to the AFC's international rules and safety requirements, weapons, pyrotechnics (flares, smoke bombs), alcoholic and narcotic substances, large objects and bags, professional photo and video equipment without accreditation, musical instruments (drums, etc.), and other dangerous items are prohibited from entering the stadium.

Organizers remind that tickets purchased from unofficial sellers are not valid.
