As reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan, the congratulatory message of the head of state emphasizes the importance of strengthening friendly relations between the two peoples. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed readiness to intensify bilateral cooperation in all areas.
The head of Turkmenistan wished the Singaporean leaders good health and happiness, and the people of the island state peace, progress and prosperity.
