The company “ATAOIL” export ve tarım A.Ş. signed a strategic partnership agreement with the joint-stock company “Uzbekistan Railways” and received the status of the official representative of the Uzbek railway company in Turkmenistan.
In accordance with the document, ATAOIL is authorized to act on behalf of “Uzbekistan Railways” and all its structural divisions, including “Foundry and Mechanical Plant” JSC, “Tashkent Mechanical Plant” JSC, “Andijan Mechanical Plant” JSC, “UztemirYulMashtamir” JSC and “Tashkent Passenger Carriage Construction and Repair Plant” JSC. The company has the right to negotiate, conclude agreements and contracts, and carry out other actions within the framework of the granted powers.
The agreement provides for a wide range of areas of cooperation: representing the interests of the parties in the field of transport, organizing logistics and product sales, searching for partners, participating in international tenders, and providing technical and organizational support.
