Climate finance for Central Asia, regional and national perspectives are discussed at a panel session of the 7th Central Asia Climate Change Conference (CACCC-2025), which started today in Ashgabat.
The session is moderated by William Hines, Senior Climate Change Economist and Co-Director of C3A at the World Bank.

New funding opportunities for Central Asia from the Italian Climate Fund were presented by Alessandra Fidanza, Senior Expert at the Italian Ministry of Environment and Energy Security.
The panel discussion will focus on financial solutions and the use of practical financing instruments to accelerate the implementation of national and regional climate priorities in Central Asia.
