Yesterday in Ashgabat, the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan Jumamyrad Gurbangeldyev held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia Fathudin Ali Mohamed.
During the meeting, issues of creating a contractual and legal framework for cooperation between the ministries, as well as the possibility of developing interaction between higher education institutions of the two countries were discussed. This was reported on the website of the ministry.
It was noted that In recent years, relations between the two countries in the field of education have been active.
An initiative was also voiced on the participation of the Minister of Education of Somalia in an international conference to be held in October in Turkmenistan, the source notes.
