1. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov completed his working visit to Japan and returned home. During the trip, the head of state met with Emperor of Japan Naruhito, who highly praised Turkmenistan's participation in the World Expo 2025 in Osaka and noted the country's successes in all areas of development.
2. Talks were also held with Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba, during which key areas of bilateral cooperation were discussed. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov invited the head of the Japanese government to take part in the International Forum, which is scheduled to be held on December 12 in Ashgabat on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.
3. An important part of the visit was a meeting with representatives of the Japanese business community, which was attended by the heads of major companies, including Mitsubishi Corporation, Sumitomo Corporation, Komatsu Ltd., Kawasaki Heavy Industries and others. As a result, a number of cooperation documents were signed.
4. A special event was the ceremony at the University of Tsukuba, where the President of Turkmenistan was awarded the title of "Honorary Doctor of Philosophy". In addition, Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with the Chairman of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation Hayashi Nobumitsu.
5. Chairman of the “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency, Hajimyrat Hudaygulyev, proposed expanding cooperation in creating regional Internet highways and cross-border data centers at the Asia-Pacific Summit of the World Internet Conference in Hong Kong. The head of “Turkmenaragatnashyk” emphasized the strategic role of Turkmenistan in developing digital transport corridors between Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
6. At the eighth meeting of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan of the seventh convocation, an important draft amendment to the law "On Migration" was considered, which will significantly simplify the procedure for entry of foreign citizens into the country. The law will be supplemented with provisions on the issuance of electronic visas to foreign citizens and stateless persons through a single information system.
7. Vice President of the Telegram messenger Ilya Perekopsky shared his enthusiastic impressions of his first visit to Ashgabat. In a series of publications on social networks, the top manager noted the unique architecture and urban infrastructure of the Turkmen capital. The Telegram vice president was particularly impressed by the urban layout. According to him, Ashgabat is distinguished by wide avenues, spacious sidewalks and an almost complete absence of traffic jams. Perekopsky also noted the large number of green areas and parks.

1. Six women have successfully flown into space on a Blue Origin rocket and returned safely to Earth. 2. Household products maker Clorox Australia has been hit with a massive 8,25 million USD fine for a deceptive marketing campaign. The company was found guilty of misleading consumers about the origin of the raw materials in its bin bags. For two years, from June 2021 to July 2023, Clorox Australia advertised its products as being made from 50% ocean plastic collected from the sea. However, an investigation by the consumer protection body found that the material used to make the bags was collected from land-based communities in Indonesia up to 50 kilometers from the coast.

1. The national sambo team of Turkmenistan successfully performed on the first day of the Asia-Oceania Championship, which started in Tashkent. Turkmen athletes added six medals to the team's collection: two silver and four bronze. The prestigious continental competition brought together more than 600 athletes from 23 countries in the region. Silver medals in the Turkmen team were won by Muhammetmyrat Babekov in sports sambo (weight category up to 58 kg) and Bezirgen Begenjov in combat sambo (up to 98 kg). Bronze medals were brought to the Turkmen team by the representative of men's sports sambo Sapar Dovletov (up to 64 kg) and the women's part of the team: Aziza Nazarova (up to 50 kg), Zuleyha Hudayberdiyeva (up to 54 kg) and Merjen Jorayeva (up to 59 kg).

The coaching staff and players of the Turkmen “Arkadag” are determined to turn the tide in the return semi-final match of the AFC Challenge League against Kuwaiti “Al-Arabi”, despite the unsuccessful outcome of the first meeting. To reach the final, the hosts need to win with a difference of three goals or more. According to the coach, the team is approaching the decisive match in an optimal composition.
