"Fluminense" setter Priscila Heldes, 33, was five months pregnant when she took to the court in the quarterfinals of the Brazilian Volleyball Championship, championat.com reports.
"There are some things I can't do, but it's more of a precaution. For example, I can't fall on my stomach. Otherwise, everything is fine," the volleyball player shared with reporters after the game.
In the quarterfinal match of the Brazilian Volleyball Championship, the "Fluminense" team, for which Priscila Heldes plays, met with "Volya Bauru". The match ended with a defeat for "Fluminense" with a score of 1:3 (25:20, 13:25, 21:25, 17:25), which meant that Heldes' team was eliminated from further competition for the championship.
