President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree approving the procedure for certifying experts in the field of industrial safety. The document was developed in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Industrial Facilities”, TDH reports.
The new certification procedure is aimed at ensuring the proper operation of industrial facilities and increasing the responsibility of legal entities and individuals operating such facilities.
The decree establishes uniform requirements for the qualifications of specialists carrying out industrial safety expertise at hazardous industrial facilities in Turkmenistan.
