The working visit of the Turkmen delegation headed by the Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan Dunyagozel Gulmanova to Ankara has begun.
The purpose of the visit is to strengthen inter-parliamentary relations between Turkmenistan and Turkey, as well as to inform the international community about the activities carried out in the interests of the Turkmen people.
According to the press service of the Turkmen parliament, meetings with Turkish officials are planned during the visit. Particular attention will be paid to discussing initiatives of universal significance based on the permanent neutral status of Turkmenistan.
