The Saudi Arabian authorities, through the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, have decided to ban pilgrims from taking children to the Hajj in 2025. Due to the fact that the Hajj is accompanied by large crowds of people every year, it was decided to ensure the safety of children, reports russianemirates.com.
Within the framework of improving the overall safety of pilgrims, the ministry also introduced a set of new measures. These include conducting safety information campaigns, introducing modern intelligent systems to coordinate the movement of believers in sacred places, as well as improving infrastructure, including modernizing tent camps and walking routes.
The Ministry confirmed the preservation of traditional priority for those believers who are going on Hajj for the first time.
