The American research center Talker Research conducted a survey on how US residents imagine an ideal day in 2025. The study involved 2 000 people who were asked to distribute 24 hours between different activities, reports daily.afisha.ru.
The results showed that for the average American, a perfect day begins at 7 a.m. and ends at 11 p.m.:
6,9 hours - sleep;
3,1 hours - films and TV series;
3 hours - time with family;
2 hours - food and snacks;
1,5 hours - telephone;
1,4 hours - hobby;
1,4 hours - time with friends;
1,3 hours - music;
1,1 hours - pets;
0,8 hours - sports;
0,8 hours - shopping;
0,7 hours - daytime sleep.
Those surveyed noted that in 2024 they managed to live an average of 12 such “ideal” days. This year they expect to increase that number to 16, which means about one perfect day every three weeks.
