3. Turkish Ambassador to Turkmenistan Ahmet Demirok invited Turkmen students to apply for the “Türkiye Bursları” program. The application period is open until February 20, 2025. Since 1992, more than 5000 Turkmen students have studied in Turkey, and last year 45 people became scholarship holders.

4. A control and analytical center of the customs service, created as part of the digitalization of customs procedures, has opened in Turkmenistan. The new center allows monitoring and analyzing customs processes. During the opening of the center, customs officers were presented with keys to cars donated by the President of Turkmenistan.

The prospects for opening joint industrial enterprises were one of the key topics of the meeting between Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Nokerguly Atagulyev and Ambassador of Tajikistan to Ashgabat Vafo Niyatbekzoda. During the talks, the parties reviewed the current state of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries and outlined ways for its development. 6. From January 24 to 26, “Ashgabat” cinema will host screenings of famous Indian films.
