Today in the afternoon, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Ashgabat on a working visit.
According to the Press Service of the Uzbek leader, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev was met at the Ashgabat International Airport by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan T. Atakhalliyev and other officials.
As we reported earlier, tomorrow in Ashgabat there will be an international forum “Interconnection of eras and civilizations – the basis of peace and development”, dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Fragi. The President of Uzbekistan will speak at the plenary session of the forum. He will also hold a number of bilateral meetings.
