The new Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the United Arab Emirates Ashrafjon Gulov paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Abu Dhabi, where he was received by Ambassador Serdarmammed Garajaev.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the positive state of bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and Tajikistan and noted that recent high-level visits have contributed to strengthening cooperation in various fields.
The diplomats emphasized the potential for expanding cooperation in areas such as trade, investment and energy.
The parties reaffirmed their commitment to expanding diplomatic interaction and cooperation at both the regional and international levels, with an emphasis on further deepening ties between the two countries and the UAE, according to the website of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Abu Dhabi.
