Cristiano Ronaldo's official YouTube channel has shown phenomenal growth, gathering more than 6 million subscribers in the first 24 hours. This is three times more than the number of subscribers to Lionel Messi's channel, MK.RU reports.
The Portuguese's army of fans turned out to be so powerful that just an hour and a half after the channel's launch, the number of subscribers exceeded one million.
This rapid growth has become a real record for the platform. Ronaldo now has more than 6,5 million devoted fans, while Messi’s channel, which has been around since 2006, boasts only 2,21 million subscribers.
