Specialists from the healthcare system of Turkmenistan take part in the WHO European Office courses on successful management skills in healthcare organizations, which take place in Astana.
The event is attended by public health representatives from eight countries of the WHO European region, the IIC reports with reference to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The training course, aimed at strengthening the leadership capacity of health professionals, was developed within the framework of the WHO European Program of Work 2020-2025.
The course program includes intensive training and exchange of experience between participants aimed at developing management and strategic planning skills that will permit them to effectively respond to the challenges facing public health in modern conditions.
The courses will last until July 12.
