The Embassy of Malaysia in Ashgabat announces the start of accepting applications for scholarships under the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program (MTCP) for the 2024/25 academic year. The program is intended for qualified candidates from developing countries who wish to obtain a master's degree from leading universities in Malaysia, the Malaysian Embassy in Ashgabat told Turkmenportal.

Key points of the program:

- The scholarship covers tuition fees and provides a monthly stipend of RM3500.
- Priority areas of study include science, technology, engineering and mathematics (excluding nursing, medicine and clinical pharmacy).
- Other available areas: agriculture, economics, education, ecology, international relations and social sciences.
- Application deadline: July 14, 2024.
