The famous Turkmen football coach Kurban Berdyev was awarded the honorary title “Honored Coach of the Republic of Dagestan”. This was reported by the press service of the Dynamo Makhachkala football club.
Let us remember that Berdyev was previously the head coach of this club, and now holds the position of advisor to the president. At the end of the last season, Dynamo Makhachkala entered the Russian Premier League.
Earlier, information appeared that Kurban Berdiyev would become the head coach of the Azerbaijani football club Turan. According to reports, on June 21, the coach will arrive in Baku from Dagestan, where, presumably, a contract will be signed under the “2+1” year scheme. Turan vice-president Ali Balakishiev noted that Berdyev planned a gathering of all team players for June 24, RIA Novosti writes.
