Proposals for the privatization of the state share in the authorized capital of the Closed Joint Stock Company Sanly ykdysadyýet innowasion merkezi were presented to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov during the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

This information was presented in the report of Deputy Prime Minister H. Geldimyradov, who reported on measures taken in Turkmenistan to improve the efficiency of state property management, the development of small and medium-sized businesses and the creation of a favorable business environment.

The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan regularly analyzes the process of denationalization and privatization of state shares in economic entities created with the participation of the state. In this context, the proposal to privatize the share in Sanly ykdysadyýet innovasion merkezi was submitted to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for consideration.

The main activities of this company are wholesale trade, performing various works and providing services, attracting investments and business activities. Privatization will improve the efficiency of management and development of this structure.

The head of state emphasized the need to continue work on the privatization of state property, which will contribute to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the country, addressing a number of specific instructions to the Deputy Prime Minister.
