Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) Sultan Raev congratulated the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the New Year 2024, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
In his message, Raev noted that TURKSOY highly appreciates the efforts of the head of state “to develop cooperation and cultural exchange within the Turkic world, commitment to strengthening the bonds of fraternal cooperation between the Turkic states”.
Taking this opportunity, the Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture expressed his warmest congratulations to Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and peace and prosperity to the people of Turkmenistan.
