A thousand and one types of cheese: a new Guinness record was set in France

French chefs set a new Guinness record by preparing a pizza with 1001 types of cheese, MIR 24 reports with a UPI link.

One of the chefs, Benoit Bruel, already set a record in 2020 for the number of different types of cheese on one pizza. Then he added 254 varieties to it.

“Ever since I started my own business, my main dream has been to make pizza with the largest and wildest variety of cheeses,” the chef admitted.
