Canadian singer Celine Dion continues to battle with stiff muscle syndrome, which she was diagnosed with in December 2022.
The singer's sister said that Celine's illness causes uncontrollable muscle spasms and difficulty walking and singing.
“What breaks my heart is that she has always been disciplined. She always worked hard. Our mother always told her: “You will succeed,” Page Six quotes her sister as saying.
It is not yet known when Dion will be able to return to the stage.
Tight muscle syndrome is a rare neurological disorder that causes progressive muscle stiffness and muscle spasms.
