The match of the first round of the second round of the 2026 World Cup qualifying tournament in group “E” between the national teams of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will be officiated by a refereeing team from Japan. The main referee will be 41 years old FIFA referee Hiroyuki Kimura, reports globalsportsarchive.com.
The match Turkmenistan - Uzbekistan will be on Thursday, November 16. The teams will play at the Ashgabat stadium. The game starts at 19:00.
Hiroyuki Kimura will be assisted by his compatriots - assistant referees Kota Watanabe and Takumi Takagi. The reserve referee will be Hiroki Kasahara.
