The IV International Festival “Theatrical Art of the Happy Era” starts today in Turkmenistan. On this occasion, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov addressed congratulations to the festival participants.

“The current international theater festival with the participation of representatives of the cultural sphere of friendly countries will unite the hearts of people, bring them closer and will facilitate the study of the intricacies of art, the exchange of experience, and the holding of master classes. I am firmly confident in the successful holding of this creative holiday, which proves that such cultural ties between the peoples of the world are reaching a new level”, - the President noted.

In recent years, cultural and humanitarian ties between friendly peoples have been enriched with positive experience and new content. The holding of the current festival is of great importance for the development of friendly relations between fraternal peoples.
