The Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan invalidated previously adopted orders related to the introduction of temporary mandatory measures to prevent seasonal infectious diseases among the population.

The Ministry of Health declared that Order № 237, adopted in 2020, “On the introduction of temporary mandatory measures for the prevention of seasonal infectious diseases among the population,” as well as Order No. 245, adopted in 2022, on the introduction of amendments to the above-mentioned document, have become invalid.
The order of the Ministry of Health to invalidate previously adopted documents № 461 was adopted on September 20, 2023 and registered by the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan on October 13, 2023 under number 1740.
