In the central part of Dashoguz, a new residential area is being actively built, which will consist of seven-story luxury buildings, reports the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.
The complex will occupy a land plot of more than seven hectares along Zaman Street. At the moment, the walls of two houses with 56 apartments have already been raised here and the foundations of three more houses with 42 apartments each are being laid.
The buildings will vary in size and number of entrances, with the largest having 84 apartments. During design and construction, the requirements for rational land use, environmental protection, and the availability of the necessary road and transport infrastructure are taken into account.
All apartments will have a convenient layout and expanded floor space, high ceilings, loggias or glazed balconies, additional rooms for various purposes, passenger elevators, garbage chutes, intercoms on the entrance doors. The entire area adjacent to the new buildings will also be landscaped, illuminated and landscaped.
The construction of a new residential area is aimed at further improving living conditions and creating an aesthetically meaningful, comfortable urban environment. At the moment, all parts of Dashoguz are being evenly developed and built up. The construction of the city is systematic and comprehensive, with a desire to rationally use unused land plots.
