On August 25, 2023, the Consul General of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Turkey, Muhammetnur Ovezov, presented a consular patent to the Director of the General Directorate of the Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, Ms. Nurdan Erpulat Altintash, the press service of the Turkmen Embassy in Istanbul told to Turkmenportal.
During the ceremony, the Consul General of Turkmenistan expressed gratitude to the Turkish side for the support and assistance in the activities of the consular service. He also noted that Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey are close and strategic partners, and that bilateral cooperation is developing in the spirit of friendship and mutual understanding.
Director of the General Directorate of the Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, Ms. Nurdan Erpulat Altintash, congratulated Muhammetnur Ovezov on his appointment and wished him success in his work. She also expressed confidence in the further development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey in the field of consular activities.
