President Serdar Berdimuhamedov appointed Allaberdy Saparov Chairman of the State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports, releasing him from the post of rector of the Turkmen State University for Physical Culture and Sports.
The relevant Decree was signed by the head of state today at an enlarged meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Watan news program of the Turkmen television reported.
As head of the State Committee, he replaced Gulmyrat Agamyradov, who was relieved of his post due to shortcomings in his work.
