Striker Kylian Mbappé has turned down a contract extension with “PSG” and will become a free agent in June 2024, reports TASS with reference to L'Equipe.
The French striker's contract with “PSG”, which expires at the end of the 2023/24 season, has the option of an extension for another season. According to the source, Mbappe sent a letter to PSG management, in which he notified the club of his unwillingness to use this option.
Kylian is 24 years old, he has been playing for the Parisian club since 2018, as part of the Mbappe team he became a five-time French champion and a three-time winner of the country's cup.
Together with the French team, Mbappe won the 2018 World Cup in Russia and took silver in the 2022 tournament in Qatar, where he was the top scorer with eight goals.
