Turkmenportal has collected some ideas for the festive menu.

Herbivorous Rabbit (according to the Chinese calendar) will be happy with all kinds of greens, so generously decorate salads and hot dishes with dill, green onions and parsley.

The “host” of 2023 will like salads and snacks with various types of cabbage. For example, you can cook a steak from cauliflower. Dip the cabbage inflorescences into the prepared mixture (milk, spices, flour), then roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown. Cabbage steak is recommended to be served with sauce (sour cream, salt, garlic).

A rabbit without carrots, you see, is hard to imagine. On the festive table, you can come up with many dishes whose ingredient will be carrots. It can be a salad (Korean-style carrots), shortbread with the addition of grated carrots, meatballs and much more.

An unusual salad in contrast of tastes can be prepared from carrots, feta cheese and dates. To do this, you need to cut thin strips of carrots with a vegetable peeler, then soak them in ice water for 15 minutes.

Mix olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, honey and 0,5 tsp in a bowl. salt, add carrot ribbons, feta, dates and some almonds. Mix everything and let the salad brew a little before serving.

Of the fruits on the table, the Rabbit will be especially happy with pears and apples. Interestingly, in China, a pear is a symbol of longevity, and an apple is a symbol of prosperity.

As for meat dishes, rabbit meat should definitely be excluded. In general, you should give preference to simple dishes, but in the original design.
