Russian woman, who have given birth to and raised ten and more children will receive the “Mother-heroine” title. The corresponding decree was signed by President Vladimir Putin, reports secretmag.ru.
Those who received the title will be paid 1 million rubles at any one time. The “Mother-heroine” title will be granted after the tenth child has reached the age of one year, with the condition that all other children are alive.
It is also noted that mothers whose children went missing or died while defending the country and performing civil, service or military duty, as well as result of terrorist attacks and emergencies, can also claim the “Mother Heroine” title. The main condition for receiving the award is that the mother and all children must be citizens of the Russian Federation.
