On its official website, the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Ashgabat announced the final results of the Turkmen citizens’ and stateless persons’ selection, including the Russians living in Turkmenistan, to study in the Russian Federation at the expense of the Federal Budget according to the quota established by the Russian Government in 2022/23 academic year.

Until March 19, persons who have passed the first stage of selection, including those on the Reserve List, must send the required medical documents (certificate in Form 86y, free from hepatitis B and C, tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS certificates) to the email account otdel.turkmenistan@gmail.com.
The Embassy also informs that due to the technical reasons the portal education-in-russia.com is currently not operational.
