Today, the new Law of Turkmenistan "On the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases" came into force, which defines the legal, organizational, economic and social basis for the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases.
The Law prescribes, among other things, such provisions as state regulation and control in the field of prevention and control of non-communicable diseases; rights and obligations of patients with non-communicable diseases, social protection of medical workers.
The new Law was published in today's issue of the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper and came into force from the moment of its publication.
