Chinese President Xi Jinping expressed readiness to bring Turkmen-Chinese relations to a new level in the interests of the two countries and peoples. The Chinese leader said this in a telegram addressed to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, published today in the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.
“I am ready to jointly make efforts to further bring bilateral relations to a new level in the interests of our countries and peoples,” the telegram says.
Xi Jinping noted that China and Turkmenistan are friendly countries and strategic partners. According to him, he pays great attention to the development of these relations and highly values constructive working ties and friendship with Berdimuhamedov.
In conclusion, the President of the PRC wished the Turkmen people prosperity and well-being.
