Today, the head of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the Akhal-Teke presidential equestrian complex, where he visited a horse named “Shapolat” and took a horse ride.

According to the state news Agency of Turkmenistan, large-scale festive events in our country are not complete without the participation of Akhal-Teke horses, which give a bright color and emotional intensity to the celebrations. A special place is given to horse racing. This means that one of the centuries-old traditions of the Turkmen people continues today, while it has received a modern content.

After riding out on the racetrack, the head of state released the reins. “Shapolat” ran trot, keenly listening to the movements of the rider, showing excellent skills and training.
