President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov sent a letter of gratitude to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. This is reported by the state news Agency of Turkmenistan.
In particular, the letter States:
"On behalf of the people of Tatarstan and from myself personally I Express Your sincere gratitude for the warm congratulations on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of TASSR and of the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan. This is an important evidence of attention to the issues of cooperation with the Republic of Tatarstan, aimed at strengthening Russian-Turkmen relations.
I would like to take this opportunity to note the high level of mutually beneficial trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian ties between the Republic of Tatarstan and Turkmenistan, which have a significant potential for development. I wish you further success in your state activities, and I wish the fraternal people of Turkmenistan progress and prosperity."
