Representatives of the chambers of Commerce and industry of Turkmenistan and the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation discussed the development of bilateral export and import potential today in a video conference.
The talks were also attended by heads and representatives of relevant ministries and departments of Turkmenistan and the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation.
According to the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the meeting also provided an opportunity for participants to discuss the current state and prospects of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation. The parties paid attention to the possibilities of expanding cooperation in the field of trade and exchange activities, in particular, they expressed interest in the supply of products produced in Turkmenistan.
The participants of the talks exchanged views on the organization of deliveries of textile goods, yarn and cotton products of Turkmen production to the Astrakhan region.
