Azat Annaorazov, a representative of the Football Federation of Turkmenistan (FFT), participated in a two-day seminar for match commissioners organized by the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA) in the capital of Tajikistan. This was reported by the FFT press service.

Experts from all CAFA member associations participated in the event. The main goal of the seminar was to improve the organizational level of matches held in the region and to train highly qualified match commissioners.

The training program was conducted by FIFA and Asian Football Confederation (AFC) official match commissioner Kemal Tokabayev, as well as international CAFA experts.

The seminar program included both theoretical and practical components. Participants studied the role and responsibilities of match commissioners, competition regulations, match preparation and organization, media relations and marketing, participant protection, stadium inspections, security, the FIFA Competition Management System (FCMS), and reporting. Participants also examined practical case studies in group discussions.

The Football Federation of Turkmenistan noted that CAFA continues to focus on developing the knowledge and professionalism of football specialists in the region, which contributes to the full compliance of matches and tournaments held in Central Asia with international FIFA and AFC standards.
