SINOPEC’s Turkmenistan branch produced 200 million USD worth of oil over four years

Over a four-year period, SINOPEC’s branch in Turkmenistan produced more than 1 million tons of oil, valued at approximately 200 million USD. This was reported by ussatnews.com, citing the "Biznes Reklama" newspaper.

The project of an international oilfield services company affiliated with a Chinese petrochemical corporation is being implemented under a contract with the state-owned concern "Turkmennebit".

The company performs a wide range of oilfield services, and thanks to the use of modern technologies, daily oil production has increased by more than 1500 units.

The SINOPEC branch also participated in operations at the Shatlyk, Dovletabad, Yashildepe, and Bagtyyarlyk fields, where projects involving drilling, well workovers, and the enhancement of gas and oil production were carried out.

In the future, the company intends to continue introducing modern technologies in Turkmenistan, enhancing the efficiency of developing mature fields, and implementing new projects.
