Today, Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Japan A. Bayramov met with H. Tsubai, member of the Board of Directors, Executive Vice President of ITOCHU Corporation, President of the machinery and equipment company, and Chairman of the Japan-Turkmenistan Committee on Economic Cooperation.

The meeting was aimed at discussing projects implemented by the Japanese company in Turkmenistan, as well as other cooperation issues of mutual interest.

The parties exchanged views on preparations for the 16th meeting of the bilateral intergovernmental committees on economic cooperation, scheduled for December in Tokyo, the Turkmen Foreign Ministry reported.
