The "Alternative Medicine Room" was officially opened at the Myrat Garryev State Medical University of Turkmenistan.

The opening ceremony was attended by a delegation from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, led by the university's rector, Tang Zhishu.

The ceremony's significance was significantly enhanced by the participation of Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice President for Medical Affairs at the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

Musical and song performances by the country's medical university's creative ensemble added a special touch to the grand opening.

Participants were introduced to the Cabinet's facilities and equipment, as well as materials on the main areas of alternative medicine.
