The first Independence Cup among youths not older than 2005 will be played round-robinly in one round of the team HC Galkan of the Ministry of internal affairs of Turkmenistan, HC Oguzhan of the State concern Turkmengaz, HC Shir of the Ministry of trade and foreign economic relations and HC Burgut of a Sports school of the Ministry of sports and youth policy. All games will be held on the ice arena of the Multifunctional Sports Complex in Ashgabat.
The tournament starts on September 21 with the matches HC Galkan vs. HC Oguzhan and HC Shir vs HC Burgut. The first game will start at 10:00, and the second – at 12:00. The winner of the Independence Cup will be known on September 23.
